    Eligibility

    To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

    • Returned within 14 days of purchase.
    • In original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors or damage.
    • All tags must be attached.
    • The item must not be used or altered in any way.

    How to Return

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@chicthecollection.com.au with your order number and details about the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    Please Note:

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded but can be returned for store credit unless faulty. 

    Damaged Items

    If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or torn, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the damaged item with a new one at no extra charge, or offer you a full refund if the item is no longer available.

    How to Report a Damaged Item

    1. Contact us at info@chicthecollection.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
    2. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

    What Happens Next

    Once we receive your return request, we will promptly assess the issue and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

    Important Notes:

    • If your item arrives damaged, please do not use or alter the product, as this may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
    • We will cover the cost of return shipping for any damaged items.


    Returning Sale Items

    We do except returns on sales items, provided that the items are in their original condition and packaging. You will receive store credit in the amount paid for the sale item (not the full price of the item).

    We strongly recommend that you use a trackable delivery method for all returns. You are responsible for the return of the item/s until it reaches our warehouse, including all postage costs. We will not be held responsible for any parcels that may have gotten lost or damaged whilst being returned to us. We do not accept cash on returns.

    Return Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable mail service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

    • Trackable Service: To avoid any issues with lost or damaged returns, we highly recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.
    • Responsibility: Chic The Collection is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays during the return shipping process. We cannot issue refunds or process returns until the item arrives back at our warehouse in the condition specified in our Returns Policy.
    • Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during the return transit.
